Water Parks in Foz do Iguaçu: How to Make the Most of Summer

Warmth, sun and lots of fun are hallmarks of the beach lovers' favorite season: summer! And to make the most of it, you can go through one of the water parks in Foz do Iguacu, get a tan and enjoy the moment with friends and family.

To help you with this task, we have prepared a list with the best water parks in the region, so you can start choosing swimwear and preparing your suitcase to enjoy the season to the fullest. Check out:

Blue Park

Rua Carlos Hugo Urnau, 756 | Wednesday to Monday, 10am to 5pm 

The artificial beach of Blue Park is one of biggest in the world and it has crystalline and clean waters, giving the feeling that you are on one of the Caribbean beaches.

The waters have nine types of wave with different sizes, and they can reach 1.20 in height! In addition, the place has a lot of sand, making you feel like you are on a real beach.

O Blue Park of Foz also has bars inside the pools, safety equipment and trained lifeguards to help at any time.

Acquamania

Avenida das Cataratas, 7120 | During summer – Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 am to 6 pm

And the Foz do Iguacu water park best known by locals and tourists visiting the city. Acquamania has ample space, with seven slides that vary between 6 and 22 meters in height.

At the Acquamania de Foz you will also find seven different pools, such as Rio Preguiçoso and Water Volleyball. They are great for playing, swimming or just relaxing while chatting with friends.

The children's section is also well equipped and guarantees fun for the little ones with the Giant Frog toboggan and the Dolphin Tunnel.

The site also has snack bars, a convenience store, ice cream shop, lifeguards, individual lockers and restrooms.

Itaipuland Water Park

Parque Gleba, 14 – Itaipulândia – PR | Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm

This water park is not located in Foz do Iguacu, but in a neighboring city – Itaipulândia – 55 km away.

O Itaipulandia water park is considered the largest water park in Latin America, since it has a total area of 260 thousand m². The environment is equipped with wave pools, heated pools, many different water slides with varying heights, a lazy river and a children's area.

Furthermore, the park it also has bars inside the pools, restaurant, snack bar, tennis courts, lifeguards and much more!

And in addition to the pools at the water parks, here at Del Rey Quality Hotel you will find our swimming pool, located on the terrace, with a panoramic view of the city.
