Cancellation Policy and Penalty: in case of cancellation, read the instructions below:

The deadline for canceling a reservation is up to 3 working days before the arrival date.

If the reservation has already been guaranteed with advance payment, this advance will be returned, deducting 20% from the amount referring to administrative fees or the amount paid may be used as a credit.

In the case of choosing the value as credit, it must be formalized by email after requesting the cancellation of the original reservation. The credit is valid for one year.

To use the credit, you must contact the hotel directly and check availability for use in a new reservation.

Remembering that the tariff changes according to the dates and number of people.

For reservations not canceled or canceled after this period, the first night will be charged as a no show (no show).
If the advance is not made within the stipulated period, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

The withdrawal of stay upon arrival or after entry, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle to any type of refund, return or credit in new daily rates.
