What have we done?
The Del Rey Quality Hotel returned to its activities on the 11th of May following the decree of the Official Gazette of the Municipality nº 3.854, and since then it has strictly complied with the procedures of the health safety protocol.
Our goal is to ensure that these measures are not only complied with, but incorporated into the “new normal” routine, so that our guests feel safe and make the most of their stay with us.
Social Distancing and Hygiene
The social distancing rule is being maintained with a Minimum distance of 2 meters in common areas. Tables, chairs and armchairs will also have controlled clearance.
As soon as guests arrive at the Del Rey, they already notice the care: during check-in, a minimum distance at the counter is mandatory. Our team makes the mandatory use of masks and the same is asked of our guests, in order to avoid possible contamination.
In addition, the hotel's premises are always maintained with natural ventilation, keeping doors and windows open for air circulation. Del Rey also has several gel alcohol dispensers, all with easy access in common areas.
Deep cleaning of apartments
One of the differentials of Del Rey Quality Hotel is the concern with hygiene and safety in the hotel industry, both for our guests and our employees. Therefore, we invest in the safest and most effective technology for sanitizing all apartments: cleaning with ozone steam.
This technology allows steam to penetrate surfaces and disinfect, eliminating odors, viruses, bacteria and fungi. The use of ozone in cleaning environments is more effective than common products such as chlorine, which is about 200 times more potent, in addition to ozone being a sustainable alternative, since it originates from oxygen and eliminates the emission of toxic waste into the environment.
In addition, all mattresses and pillows in the rooms have a protective cover and, to further ensure the safety of guests, apartments are quarantined for 72 hours after checkout.
