Find out how to enjoy the best of the Iguaçu National Park

One of the most visited attractions in the city of Foz do Iguaçu and best known around the world had its second reopening this past August 4th, with gradual visitation to the public, the Iguacu National Park seeks to follow all the protocols of the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Health and, in particular, Municipal Decree 28.337, of 7/22/2020, which establishes all health control procedures.

Considering the current scenario, the direction of the Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio), the entity that manages the National Park, authorized the reopening from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9 am to 4 pm. The reduction in opening hours aims to align protective measures with the safety of each visitor.

The entire public will be welcomed at the Visitor Center by teams trained to provide guidance on procedures and precautions regarding the coronavirus. Temperature measurement is part of this service, and that throughout the tour the distance between visitors and the correct use of the mask are respected.
