On the last 15th, twenty companies from Foz do Iguaçu received the Quality Seal in Tourism Sebrae.
In the hosting category, the Del Rey Quality Hotel stood out once again! As in 2018, it received again first place in Paraná and the maximum score compliance, becoming the first company to earn the Seal 2 years in a row with 100% requirements required filled.
In addition, the hotel also got the highest score in the western region of the state.

About the Sebrae Quality Seal Award
Created in 2015, the Seal is a program developed by Sebrae/PR It is Fecomércio-PR, in partnership with the Brazilian Association of Bars and Restaurants of Paraná (Abrasel-PR), Brazilian Association of Travel Agencies of Paraná (Abav-PR), Brazilian Association of Event Companies of Paraná (ABEOC/PR), Paraná Convention & Visitors Bureaux and Paraná Turismo.
According to Jeferson Ricardo Spode Flores, a Sebrae/PR consultant, the award is an effective way to strengthen the image and performance of companies in various segments, making the competitive environment of small businesses with more investments in service quality and management. The result of this is the offer of greater security for tourists who hire the company or purchase a product.
Throughout the year, companies enrolled in the program undergo careful evaluations of their internal processes and the provision of services offered. After the evaluations, they also receive several training courses, participate in lectures and technical visits, in addition to receiving consultations to improve important points and specific to the progress of business.
Some legal requirements, management processes and sustainability are also evaluated.
In the end, the results collected determine which companies differentiate and stand out in the market for tourism in Paraná.

Applications for the 2019/2020 cycle of the Sebrae Quality Seal are already open and can be done directly at the office of the Sebrae/PR in Foz, located at Rua das Guianas, no. 151, in Jardim América.
