According to Law 12,546 (called the Anti-Smoking Law) smoking is not allowed in public and private indoor spaces. By determination of the Fire Department, there are smoke sensors inside the apartments and in the common area of the hotel.
Bookings without a “no show” guarantee will be active until 4pm. After this time, cancellation will be automatic.
Cancellations and/or changes must be made directly with the reservation center, before check-in, up to 72 hours in advance, during business hours
Prepaid amounts are non-refundable and cannot be credited towards future reservations.

Preferences, such as: floor, location of the apartment and type of bed are not guaranteed in the booking confirmation, but subject to availability at check-in.

For reservations made directly with the hotel, we pay in up to 6 installments without interest, using your credit card, for amounts above R$900.00 (see our installment policy). It is not possible to pay in installments at check-in. We do not accept checks.
Upon check-in, you will be asked for your credit card to guarantee expenses (regardless of the sales channel for your reservation)
Luggage storage service at no additional cost, but subject to availability.
We inform you that we have double orthopedic mattresses. If you need it, please inform the hotel's reservations department in advance by email, so that we can arrange and book the hotel (subject to availability).
It is possible to use the hotel's bathrooms before check-in or after check-out to take a shower at a cost of R$10.00 per person, with the loan of a bath towel.
It is mandatory to present a document for minors under 18 years of age, who must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian or carry a term of authorization from the juvenile court, in the case of traveling with third parties. The term must be made in a notary, with a notarized signature. (Article 82 – Statute of Children and Adolescents Law Nº 8069/90).
Reservation Center opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm and on duty on Saturdays, from 8 am to 12 pm.
